Elsie Overview:

Elsie is a side-scrolling run and gun game that has colorful visuals and many levels that are unpredictable and diverse because of the procedural levels generation each time a human starts a new game. It is a turn-based-roguelike in which the player meets robots to shoot and much more items and weaponry to find. They are to fight the chaos and requires the knowledge of many magical-tech weapons and special abilities.

The setting of the game is on the planet Ekis a planet that has abundant resources and advanced technology in terms of discoveries. However, no one can live happily in the above described peaceful environment – the nature is unpredictable; it sends a calamity to disturb the planet. In order to prevent such catastrophes, a very smart scientist called Dr. Grey developed a team of highly evolved robotic beings known as “The Guardians. ”

Deadly traps, hundreds of enemies on the screen, quick jumps, dives, and shooting action – that’s what is waiting for a gamer in this title inspired by a bullet hell genre. It as in – timing is all what you get as you perfectly time the counter attacks.

Once again, like with a majority of other roguelikes, there is death involved in the gameplay.
