Sakura Minamoto left school and gets transfer to new high school which is for girls only. However, she fails to mix up with the rich and famous students in her school and after sometimes she stopped attending classes all together as she thought she would never be accepted by her peer group. Next year she secludes herself in the room and is sure that it is her rightful place in the house.

On the other hand, Ran Seino born in a rich family has been living a life her parents planned for her. But she is gradually waken up from her dream and discovers that nobody cares for her; hence, her glamorous life turns into a nightmare.

So both the females applicants Mina and Ran get employed for a live in vacancy of a lodge at the sea side. It is here that they first meet each other and also it is here that they both spend summer season. During this period they gain a new lease in life and slowly move out of their emotional traumas that bind them together and they find solace in each other’s company which they never thought they would get again.

Mina has fun at the lodge and at some point, begins to wish she could be confined at the lodge for eternity. But, Sanami Tachibana, who is Ran’s friend strikes a right note when she tells Mina that she cannot escape problems.

Mina suffers from depression, self-esteem issues including thinking that nobody likes her. She does not cry, go to school and communicate with friends she used to. She understands that to deal with these issues she will have to suffer, yet she has no desire to go back to living in fear from people and being all alone.
