You take on the role of a Monster Rider, living alongside your Monsties is forging bonds that go beyond battles. The story kicks off in a village of Riders Where people raise is bond with monsters. As a young Rider, you leave your village to explore the world of Hunters, who have a completely different approach to life—they hunt the very monsters you bond with. Despite these differences your mission is to bridge the gap between Riders and Hunters. But just as you begin your journey, a dark force called the Black Blight threatens to destroy everything, putting the strength of both Riders and Hunters to the ultimate test.

The game’s turn-based battle system makes it perfect for players who prefer strategy over fast paced action. You Will use Power, Speed, and Technical attacks to predict and counter enemy moves, making every battle feel like a puzzle to solve. As you fight, your Kinship Gauge builds up, letting you unleash special skills or devastating team attacks with your Monsties. From hatching eggs to discovering unique abilities, raising your Monsties is just as thrilling as the battles themselves.

This remastered version is fully voiced in both Japanese and English, pulling you even deeper into the story. It also introduces a bonus museum mode, where you can browse over 200 pieces of concept art and listen to tracks, some of which are in surround sound for the first time. Plus the game includes all updates from the original release adding new monsters like Kushala Daora, Teostra, and Rajang, along with expanded endgame content and extra customization options.
