Red Silhouette Overview:

Silver Leaf Mall is a 2-continuity, multilevel building complex consisting of two levels of basements and seven levels above ground level. Indie survival horror game in which you will move to the first-person perspective, controlling Eevi, a security guard who is trying to stay alive in an abandoned shopping mall. This mall which the protagonist is paid to keep watch for days was hired by a mysterious trillionaire from the near future and is reported to have many doors that open to many a denied and buried dream.

It is set in an ice age future in which the wealthy inhabitants have left for high-tech floating cities in the sky, and all that Eevi has left is a ramshackle island with this collapsing mall. While being the last person on this abandoned town, Eevi has to defend herself against any evil that lurks in there, including monsters and other intruders.

The gameplay is in the third person perspective with a restricted inventory, and wearing masks and caps that grant the hero certain abilities, the player will fight various scary creatures found in the mall. The corridors of the mall are not cubic, and the Red Silhouette sometimes seems to want to warn Eevi and make her move to different, even more eerie parts of the mall.

The gameplay comprises the completion of different kinds of interactions with the Monsters implying the possibility of evoking struggle state in Eevi. During these struggles, if Eevi fails to defend herself, the game contains rather violent death animations. All the challenges are going to take place in the mall and the weapons which will be allowed includes actual weapons which must be used to defend Eevi and complete the level.

The mall itself is something out of a ghost story, stuck in a different time, and with the dark and labyrinthine layout of the mall symbolising the tragedy of the mall’s story. Eevi’s profession is to monitor the safety of the mall but during her free time she will explore the secrets behind the mysterious and creepy mall.
