Songs of Conquest Vanir Overview:

The Vanir faction has arrived in Songs of Conquest, bringing a brand-new challenge from the Bleak East. This DLC lets you conquer the lands of Aerbor as the mighty raiders of Vanir, who undergo powerful transformation’s into the Vildra. With five new Conquest maps, you’ll lead new Wielders like the shapeshifting Gorm Aelgrim or Jarn Steadfast, who resisted the transformation, as you explore this snowy, ice-filled world and carve your path to victory.

This DLC includes a fresh biome with snow, ice, and ruins to explore as well as 8 new troops with unique abilities and traits. Upgrading Vanir troops will dramatically change their appearance and mechanics making each choice exciting and impactful. You Will also gain access to 9 Wielders, both new and familiar, each with their own specializations, adding variety to how you command your forces.

The Vanir have a deep connection with the Vildra wild creatures which grant them fearsome powers. With the Vildra’s influence, humans can transform into monstrous beasts like the Korphan, the mighty Bear Berserkir, or the legendary Jormr. The Swine also undergo a bizarre change, turning into an immortal version of itself known as the Serimnaan. Additionally the Vanir can call upon beasts like Trolls, Lykt, Bacahorses, is Nornors to help in battle, offering new strategies for players to explore.

The Bleak East is a harsh place, and the new biome offers fresh locations to explore is conquer. From caverns filled with treasure to dangerous, snow-covered landscapes, the Bleak East is as brutal as it is beautiful. The DLC’s new Conquest maps are specially designed for the Vanir faction, offering you plenty of opportunitie’s to prove your skills is adapt your strategies.

In addition to the Conquest maps, two Challenge maps are included to really test your mastery of the new faction. Guide Sorg, a lost Troll trying to find his way home, or defend against the corruption of the Vildra as Jarn Steadfast. Whether you embrace the beast within or stay true to your human form the Vanir DLC offers endless new ways to experience Songs of Conquest.
