Sunset Hills Overview:

Sunset Hills is an explorative narrative puzzle game based on the story of Nico, a writer who pretends a soldier and after the war starts travelling by train through different countries and cites. This journey is not just a journey physically but a journey that leads to discovering a part of Nico the persona that was created by the war of seven years back.

In this novel, when Nico starts his travel, he comes across with many people and experiences various incidents which reveal many aspects of his life after the war. In the process he meets up with characters who were in his former unit but are now have different ambitions in the criminal underworld. It is only by virtue of dialogues and recollections that the main motive of Nico’s perambulation unveils itself.

The game is set in the wonderful world, created with helps of illustrations where 3D backgrounds are combined with 2D characters. The art design of the game is to depict a rather calm and serene environment of the post-war world where Victorian inspired cities and over a hundred puppies of different personalities are depicted.
