THRESHOLD Overview:

THRESHOLD is High in the mountains, an endless train roars through a station that’s falling apart. Welcome to the Border Post. Your job is simple: blow the whistle to keep the train running on time. Sounds easy enough, but up here, even breathing is a challenge.

The rules are straightforward: don’t speak, don’t run, and don’t even think about looking at the train. Just stick to your job, and it’ll be over eventually—at least, that’s what they say.

Every breath is a battle in this Place . Moving, working, even blowing the whistle—it all takes a toll. Each task feels like it’s stealing time from you. Your only relief comes in the form of air canisters, handed out as rewards for good work. If you want to survive, you’d better To live productive.

There is. no shortage of things to keep you busy. Reports need delivering, water filters need cleaning, and scrap wood has to be collected. And whatever’s causing that horrible smell? Yeah, it’s probably best not to think about it.

Luckily, You are. not completely alone. Mo, a fellow worker, is there to help. His shift is over, but he’ll come running if you need him. He’s got answers to most of your questions—just not the one you really want to ask. Mo wouldn’t lie to you… would he?
