In Trouble Comes Twice you are going to immerse yourself in the romantic comedy visual novel where you are going to play as Hazel and Jace – two competitive twins in their late twenties. Their lives take a playful turn when they make a bet: For whom it is easier to find a boyfriend or a girlfriend?

The story is about primarily two characters, Hazel who is bisexual and Jace whom has never been in a relationship before. In a different way from most people, they decided to put their love lives in a friendly competition. This is bet takes them on an entertaining and sweet ride with some comedy and hint of drama.

The game a features four potential love interests, each of which is a twin, and each of the twin will have four distinct routes. This actually means that you can wander around in 8 different storylines, each of which gives the audience a different view of the world of love and relationships.

The game has total of 16 endings which allow the person to ‘experience’ each of the 16 different endings as per their preference. Some are tragically dramatic as some are purely romantic and it gives you the experience of a wide range of outcomes based on your choices in the course of the game.

Hazel and Jace have different personalities and activities; they also do not approach the love interests in the same way. This is a layer of complexity that enriches the gameplay of the game and guarantees that every time you take a different route, depending on which of the twins you choose.
