This virus has changed people of this locality to become something like beasts and therefore the island in question has become the breeding ground for both fear as well as danger. This what was once a calm paradise is now a struggle for existence without end.

Your nightmare then starts when a mission goes as wrong as it could, and you are left all alone on this wicked island. Depending on the absolute minimum of the provisions and equipped with no more than a few essential tools and food provisions, you are thrown into a world of constant peril. This is the story of when you are all by yourself and the battle to survive is still only in its infancy.

The concept of the survival is based on looting and constructing.
